Pricing
Speaking Fee: $200 / hour, including Q & A
Transportation: $75 / hour round trip, minimum $50 if not at SMI

Payment
Due in advance; must be received by SMI within 2 business days prior to seminar.
Payments can be made by credit card at SMI or by calling (650) 322 - 2809 ext. 0.

Cancellations
50% fee charged if not cancelled within 24 hours, 100% fee if not cancelled within 3 hours of start time.
